I. Subject

Art. 1. This Personal Data Policy, hereinafter referred to for brevity as the "Privacy Policy", is intended to regulate the relations regarding the processing of personal data between SIKON EOOD, hereinafter referred to for brevity as the "Provider", owner of the website: www.siconbg.com, hereinafter referred to for brevity as the "Website", and each of the users, hereinafter referred to for brevity as the "User/s", of the Website, in connection with the User's use of the Website.

III. Protection of Personal Data

Art. 3.
(1) The Provider, through the Website, collects, stores, and processes personal data of Users only in connection with its activities, in compliance with the requirements of applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.
(2) The User's personal data may be used for authentication and communication regarding inquiries made or job applications generated, providing advertising content adapted to the User's interests, sending a Newsletter in the event that the User has provided consent to receive one, statistical information on the use of the Website, protecting the information security of the Website, accounting purposes related to the use of the Provider's services, and ensuring the provision of the Provider's services.
(3) The Provider does not use or process personal data of the User that reveals racial or ethnic origin, or data related to the health, sex life, human genome of the User, or data related to political, religious, philosophical beliefs, or affiliations.
